Fantastic—actually breaks down sleep on a scientific basis, which is useful for determining the quality of sleep. Ive found that if helps to make me want to have a more regular sleep schedule.
Easy to use, pleasant to wake up to, happy morning equals a good day.
Love this sleep App! Have been using it for a while & it has really helped regulate my sleep.
Starting the app for sleeping kills the Music app and the current playlist. Not good for when I want to keep listening to music as I fall asleep. It didnt used to do that. Second, it would be good to be able to extend sleep time when the alarm goes off other than by snoozing. Otherwise, a good app. Will update my review when the bug that crashes Music is fixed.
Did not care for the app. It was not worth the money. There are way too many ads that you have to wade through , or you can spend more money to get them taken off. My friend had the app for free. Guess she got it a while back.
Great app a must have as backup alarm at least
I read a few reviews and from what I gathered there were bad reviews they were rebutting. I stopped reading. Im not going to waste my time reading negatives about a great program. Frankly I dont care what it does for anyone else as long as there are enough happy users to keep them in business. I wake up refreshed no matter how little or how much time I have to sleep. I cant explain how the system works, but it does. Not once in awhile, but every time. Dont be fooled by buffoons who have another mission. Good sleep combined with nutrition and exercise is more valuable than the vast majority seems to realize. Earl Brown
Mostly does what it says, but needs a couple more refinements (maybe theyre available in the pay version?): 1. In the morning, it shows total hours from the time you started the app until you stop it. It also shows your "effeciency" as a percentage. So it tells you how many hours you were in bed, and what percentage of those hours that you were asleep. Scroll down a bit and it tells you how many hours were "Light Sleep" and how many were "Deep+REM Sleep" Hey. how about simply showing me the actual total hours I slept instead of making me do the math? 2. The main insights page starts off with a couple of summary metrics. But how useful is it to know that your total sleep = 4,250 hrs and 45 min? Or that your total resting heart rate is "344"? Otherwise, Im feel like its fairly good at detecting sleep vs. not (although I think it sometimes attributes my wifes tossing and turning to me). And Ive been impressed with its abiltiy to trigger the alarm when youre in a lighter sleep cycle.
Its just what I need! I get horrible sleep at night, and this lets me know what my patterns are.
Tried the argus thing, didnt like it. Had followers I didnt know and didnt want so I logged out of it and now lost all my history on here. Ive been happily using this for over a year and hate it now cause it keeps trying to force argus on me. Going to find another app for sleeping now.
I use that apps since one year and theres no one night I didnt use sleep time.
I have tried manu apps like these but the best by far was on a Samsung 3 years ago. What is wrong with this app? 1. Intelligent snooze does not work if snooze it will wake you at latest expected time. 2. Lacks adjustment of sensitivity, picks up my wife movements. 3. Lacks a go to bed reminder, how often are we just hangin around. By defining your target sleep hours a reminder can pop up. Go for your goal, go to sleep! 4. Better database visual comparision of past sleep analysis. Week month all like many comparable apps have. 5. Weekend setting. Good luck. May try again someday as some features are good! Keep it up!
Great monitoring. Too bad you have to pay for getting reports...
