Have used this app for a couple of years now and it works well as a sleep recorder and a gentler but efficient alarm clock.

Interesting Data

Using this app has helped me see truly how little sleep I get and helped me to see I need to get to bed earlier cause once 5 or 6 AM comes around I no longer go into deep sleep.

Love it, works like a charm

I first bought sleep cycle, because it had literally 1000+ more reviews, but it would turn off just by touching the phone. This one is great, flip the phone to snooze, hold button for 3 secs to stop. The sleep analysis seems right. I do spend the day more awake than with regular alarm.

Ultralight guy

RACCOON --The sleep log works so well it helped identify and curtail a Raccoon problem!! Yeah, by noting a slight disturbance in my sleep cycle, and comparing it to mischief experienced,"by my little friends" I had a timeline and....Now a plan! Two buddies, a net, and schedule of the varmints escapades, we were ready. The "round-up"went off without a hitch! These Stealthy adversaries were tripped-up by iPhone technology and a Great app. Its perfect !!! "Dont leave home without it" *note- Mom and kits were released 22 mi. down river near the dam.

Helpful and useful

Good tool helps me understand sleep patterns, how days activities impact sleep. I have not had an alarm fail to go off as long as phone is charged.

Necessary app

Of all the apps on my phone, I consider this one among the most important. I have to have white noise to go to sleep, and I like the choices given to me on this app. Better yet, the gentle waking tones and ease of snoozing as I try to move from horizontal to vertical in the morning.

Simple & Useful - well done app

The latest update is very disappointing. Information is obscured and not well graphed. I very poor update and big step back. Will stop using it soon if there is no return to the old design. I have used the previous app for the better part of two years straight. I have found it to be uncannily accurate. It records with great fidelity my deeper and less restful sleep. Its integration with Apples health app is a nice recent addition. I find it interesting to see the impact of work stress and vacation time on my sleep patterns. Well done.

Best alarm for sleep Ive ever used!

Great app! You buy it now, or I call police!!! I only wished that I could customize the clock face. I liked the old clock face best.

Just beautiful

This alarm clock help a deep sleeper like me wake up every morning. You wake up slowly and nicely. This alarm clock is like that teacher that shakes you gently when sleeping in their class unlike that teacher that screams your name until you wake up. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants a refreshing sleep.

Great app

I absolutely love it. I didnt know how little sleep I was getting until this app. Now a new bed and I feel so much better and reached in the mornings!

I use this app every night. Sometimes I wish that it could improve itself bc it says Im awake when Im asleep from time to time, but maybe thats just me. Idk, anyway, its pretty good.

***Update*** 3ish year user

I initially got this app because I thought it might be cool to see how I sleep, but it has offered me so much more. 9 months ago I downloaded Sleeptime and I am not disappointed in any way, shape, or form. I get up at 4am 5 days a week. This app has not only helped me track just how good/bad Ive been sleeping, but has allowed me to reach an optimal sleeping level. There is only one complaint, when I use Sleeptime for my naps, as well as for the night, I cant see it on the graph. Being able to see *all* my sleep on the graph would help me gauge how much more sleep I should try and get. I use this app at east every day, if not twice a day. Highly recommended, easy to use, life saving app!! I feel so much livelier and full of energy when I wake up naturally instead of forcefully. Awesome!!! ****Update***** Im about 3 years into this app as my wake up call every morning. These last major updates have brought to the table some cool new functions like tagging, tracking heart rate, and even remedies my initial complaint about not being able to track multiple periods of sleep in a day. However, there are a couple issues that I feel bothersome and ultimately annoying. I want to have the ability to turn the "tag" function off. I just want to set the alarm and go to sleep. I dont want to have to be prompted every time I go to sleep with the tagging screen. -- I see how this defeats the purpose of tagging altogether, but I dont use that function anymore. I never really go back through and look at the app other than using it to sleep. My one suggestion then would be to make the app more user friendly and customizable. I unfortunately will drop a star from my rating until I feel the app caters to the user more effectively.
