Great app. I really like the wake up resting heart rate.
To be consider: the sleep analysis with alarm off.
To set the silence/analysis only alarm is hidden and requires a lot of patience. One switch on/off would solve this.
I do like it and use it every night. It nice to wake up when you are not sleeping so deep and the app helps !
So far, I had to reinstall it twice because it would crash on startup. Then it happened, not regularly but still, that it would crash during the night and fail to wake me up the next morning. Some improvements required, otherwise its great.
Love it! It gently puts me to sleep and gently wakes me up. I like that it wakes you up at the best time in your sleep cycle.
Its a great app. You can also add time in the log if you forget to set/start the alarm. Easy to use I use it every day.
This continues to be a great app with solid updates and consistent reporting. While its no substitute for a professional sleep study that seeks to measure the different stages of sleep, it does have a wonderful consistency that allows you see the changes in your sleep habits.
Some bad moments
But for months now it crashes in the middle of the night and does not record anything. Also, when I first downloaded this app, it seemed to record sleep patterns accurately, so I bought it. With later updates, though, it stopped working as accurately. Now it wont work at all. :(
Keeps sending me push notifications saying I havent been tracking my sleep, yet Im using the app daily. Kinda annoying.
2016 使えてたと思っていたが、今年の4月6日から「睡眠時間が短すぎるため睡眠データを収集できませんでした」とのエラーメッセージが毎日出る。
8時間は睡眠時間が短いのか? データが重すぎるなら、Dropbox対応とかにしてくれたらいいのに。
目覚ましアラームも設定してもその音で鳴らないし、スムーズ機能も使えない。
改善を期待します。
31/1/2014 アップデートまで順調だったのに、昨日アップデートしたら今まで記録していたレコードが消失。ログインしていなかったし、もうレコードは戻ってこないのか?
25/3/2013 アップデートするまでは調子良かったが
アップデート後は睡眠時間はレコードされるが、波長がレコードされません。
とりあえず睡眠時間だけはログで残してます。
24/11/2012 the app has stop recording.....
始めの4日間はレコード出来ていたが、次の3日は出来ず、その次の日は途中で止まり、今日は出来ず。
(途中で止まったのは、バッテリー関係?)
アラームをMusicに入れた音楽を選択してるのだが、失敗したときはBest Morning SelectionのAlarmだけは設定した時間に鳴る。
サポートページで同じような症状のQ&Aを見て、アプリを全部消したり、いったん電源を落としたりしたが、効果はない。アプリ自体は気に入っているのに残念。

Everything was working well until a few days on an iPod.
Suddenly this app stops recording data (but alarm is ringing everyday).
I try to shutdown it, restart iPod, finish all background apps.
But no records:(
I like this app, but it is useless now,,,
I bought this app and was fine with it for a year+, and I thought it was good enough to pay for. A year later, all I see is adds and a popup window asking me to pay more money every single day. I understand, but I find it rude to put advertisements on a paid app (and sick and tired of asking to upgrade again every day) Loved it for a year, never using it again.
I get up several times a night to use the restroom and this app doesnt recognize or record truly when Im awake I wasted my money on this app and I want a refund. It doesnt track right. Therefore you shouldnt be charging for this app. It also wakes me up an hour before My alarm is set to go off. I would really like to see an Apple Watch app added to this app. It would help your sleep time++ work better. I spoke to one guy through your Argus that uses a fit bit. So I ran a little test of my own. I put my Apple Watch on its charger in evening to give it a full charge before my bed time and there was orange at the time I got up for a nature call. But it still doesnt turn orange at the end when the alarm goes off to wake me, indicating when Im awake. Bottom line, this still needs a lot of work. Suggestion: how about adding a sound recording feature. So people can learn if they talk in their sleep or snore.
This app is wonderful when it works. I wake up feeling refreshed! I didnt realize that in addition to getting enough hours of sleep, I also needed to wake up in the right part of my sleep cycle. Unfortunately, after this last update, the app quits in the middle of the night and doesnt wake me up or track any of my sleep. Also, I was very disappointed to find that I paid for the app a very long time ago and recently they added a subscription fee and locked features that I paid to unlocked. Very disappointing! I will be looking into a different sleep cycle app.
