This app will enable you find out not only if you slept well or not but the levels of deep sleep, the cycles of sleep and you can compare with the time you went to bed, what you ate before, and many other things that will allow you understand better how YOU can improve your sleep. We are all different and one rule might not be the same for everyone. So investigate your sleep and sleep better! It is really fun! When I wake up I try to guess how many times I had light sleep or how long my deep sleep was. With time, I almost get correct when I check on the app.
